I have been traveling since I was 19 years old and I always have the next trip planned in my calendar. I discovered the world of yoga in 2013 and since then I continue learning and practicing every moment that I can. For me yoga means peace and joy, it brings me back to myself when I am lost. In my blog you will find articles not only about doing yoga on a physical level (asanas), but also on a spiritual one, including meditation and breathing techniques.
I will give you simple, but very helpful homemade recipes with natural products, which you can use in different occasions in everyday life. Again here, I concentrate on both the physical body and mental/spiritual health.
