Bali

Bali is known for its volcanic mountains, rice paddies, nice beaches and coral reefs. The island is home to a lot of hindu temples. The beach city of Kuta to the south has a lot of clubs and bars, while Seminyak, Sanur and Nusa Dua are mainly popular as resort towns. To the north, Bali is not well developed and not a lot of tourists have discovered this part yet. The island is especially known for its yoga and meditation retreats and the city of Ubud is the spiritual center for this.
